Hi Everyone! My name is Sheila and I am a proud mother of a 10 month old. My baby is healthy and happy, which is great, but the problem is me. I feel like I never have any energy and I am still carrying a lot of my baby weight. Before getting pregnant, I was SUPER active and never had any issues with weight or energy levels. I have been trying to get back to gym a couple of times a week but I just struggle when I am there. Has anyone else experienced this or does anyone have any suggestions of things that have worked for them? I am getting desperate!! Thanks!
